5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

- Fulfilment Suppliers: We share your name, shipping address, and Order details with our third-party Suppliers (including international suppliers) who fulfil and ship Products directly to you. We require these Suppliers to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
- Payment Processors: Your payment data is transmitted directly to our PCI-compliant payment partners (such as Paystack and Hubtel) for transaction processing. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
- Shipping and Logistics Partners: We share shipping-related information with courier and logistics companies to facilitate delivery and provide tracking services.
- Analytics Providers: We may share anonymised or aggregated data with analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand Platform usage and improve our services.
- Legal and Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose your data where required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.
6. International Data Transfers
Because Snooker Express operates a dropshipping model with international Suppliers, your personal data (specifically your name, address, and Order details) may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of Ghana. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in Ghana.
Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure that adequate safeguards are in place, including contractual data protection clauses with our Suppliers and partners. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), we ensure that any cross-border data transfers comply with the requirements for adequate protection of personal data.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Our general retention practices are as follows:
- Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for twelve (12) months after account closure, unless a longer period is required for legal or regulatory reasons.
- Order and Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of six (6) years for tax, accounting, and audit purposes, in accordance with Ghanaian law.
- Marketing Data: Retained until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from our communications.
- Technical and Usage Data: Retained in anonymised or aggregated form for up to twenty-four (24) months for analytics and Platform improvement.
When personal data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our data retention procedures.
